Can I get a receipt?

Important notes

• Buoyweather cannot add/amend any information shown on the invoice receipt. If you require your Tax ID on billing documentation, we recommend subscribing through the app (see relevant sections below).

How can I get a receipt for a Buoyweather renewal payment? 

If you subscribed through the website, you can view your billing history, and download receipts directly on the website at buoyweather.com/account/subscription/ 

Receipts can also be manually generated by our Support team.

Write to support@buoyweather.com from the email address associated with your Premium subscription and we'll attach a receipt for the latest (or more) renewal to our response.

If you can't reach out from the email address associated with your account, please attach/provide the following:

• Copy of renewal charge on bank statement
• Last 4 digits of card
• Billing postcode

An receipt is generated based on the information we request from you when we create the account/subscription. We cannot add more information upon request.

How can I get a receipt for a Buoyweather renewal billed by Apple?

1. Head to reportaproblem.apple.com 

2. Sign in to the Apple ID with your Buoyweather Premium subscription.

3. Find the renewal based on the date shown, then click the small arrow to expand more info. You can then hit View Invoice.

How can I get a receipt for a Buoyweather renewal billed by Google Play? 

Through the app:

1. Open the Google Play Store app
2. Tap your profile icon
3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions
4. Tap Budget and History

Through the website: 

1. Head to play.google.com
2. Sign in with the Google Play account you created your subscription under
3. Tap your profile icon and click Payments & Subscriptions
4. Select the Budget and Order History tab
