Joining Premium through the Android app

Important notes

• The Premium product purchased through the app is identical to what you can buy from Buoyweather.com 
• Your subscription can be managed through your Google Play account
• support@buoyweather.com are limited in their ability to assist with your billing

How to join Premium through the app

1. Hit the user icon to access your Account

2. Hit the banner to UPGRADE TO PREMIUM

3. Choose Yearly or Monthly

Note: when you hit Go Premium you'll see Google Play pop up where you confirm the details of your purchase. If you aren't seeing a free trial noted here, you are not eligible for a free trial.

How to change plan, cancel, refund, update payment method for Google Play Store subscriptions

On an Android device

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.

• Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play 
• Learn about refunds on Google Play 
• Fix problems with subscriptions 

Issues getting Premium access?

Hit the Restore Subscription button in your account settings. Then contact support@buoyweather.com to finalise the changes (if the subscription was already linked to another Buoyweather account).
