Joining Premium through the iOS app

Important notes

• The Premium product purchased through the app is identical to what you can buy from Buoyweather.com 
• Your subscription can be managed through your Apple ID
• support@buoyweather.com cannot assist with your billing

How to join Premium through the app

1. Hit the user icon to access your Account

2. Hit the banner to try Premium

3. Choose Yearly or Monthly

Note: when you hit Go Premium you'll see an Apple Pay pop up where you confirm your purchase. If you aren't seeing a free trial noted here, you are not eligible for a free trial.

How to change plan, cancel, refund, update payment method for iOS subscriptions

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.

• If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple 
• How to switch to a different subscription plan 
• Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple 
• If your payment method has been declined in the App Store or iTunes Store 

Issues getting Premium access?

Hit the Restore iTunes Subscription button in your account settings. Then contact support@buoyweather.com to finalise the changes (if the subscription was already linked to another Buoyweather account).
